SNAPper：利用基因顺序预测基因功能 |

[编者的话] SNAPper是一项利用基因顺序预测基因功能的网络服务，它所利用的算法是SNAP（Similarity Neighborhood Approach）。关于SNAP的相关文章可见Kolesov G, Mewes H.-W, Frishman D. SNAPping up functionally related genes based on context information: a colinearity-free approach. JMB , in press.而关于SNAPper的文章在bioinformatics上杂志上已经刊登。
