JOB OBJECTIVE: 工 作 目 标: The FAS serves in the field as the principal representative of the Promega technical sales program. The goal of the FAS position is to assure the Promega's sales objectives are implemented effectively and that available field resources are used well for customer support and satisfaction. FAS will be responsible for key account development in the territory and will be expected to coordinate a variety of tactics toward this end. The FAS will also play an important role in gathering information about technical developments and competitor activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 主要职责: 1. Implement field sales objectives and strategies under the direction of Sales Manager. 在销售经理的指导下完成区域销售指标和销售策略。 2. Arrange and deliver technical seminars and demonstrations on Promega products. 安排并进行Promega技术讲座和演示实验。 3. Identify, track, and develop key accounts. 寻找和开发大客户。 4. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: 基本条件: 1. Master Degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent experience. 生命科学硕士学位或相当经历。 2. Working familiarity with biological experimentation and materials. 熟悉生物实验和相关实验材料。 3. Ability to travel 60 - 70% of time. 适应60 – 70% 工作时间出差的工作方式。 4. Excellent communication skills. 出色的沟通技巧。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 主要职责: 1. According to sales strategies, partner with regional sales staff to assure the sales objectives are implemented effectively. 按照销售策略,和各区域销售人员积极合作以确保顺利完成销售目标。 2. Work cooperatively with regional FAS to develop instrument distribution system. Deliver technical and sales training to distributors and application training to end customers as needed.
