Job Summary : The purpose of this position is to provide a timely, effective, and efficient means, within RAS, to follow up campaign leads verification, promote focus Reagent products and drive incremental business opportunities within Korea. This telephone-based account management will assist in meeting Telemarketing Center’s short and mid term goals by focusing on achievement of campaign KPI, revenue generation, and process improvement. This position will incorporate quality, ethics, good promotional practices, and compliance in daily actions and processes.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities : 1. Identify customers needs and evaluate customers potential independently and immediately on the phone in order to counsel, create customers interest and create validated leads to execute the sales process. 2. Responsible for achieving campaign KPI on telemarketing and follow-up action and maintenance the accuracy of campaign contact list 3. Work independently and in collaboration with field-based team members and center team members to positively impact short and long-term business objectives and the achievement of regional sales goals. 4. Effectively plan and efficiently perform administrative activities which utilize tools and systems to support the management of regional account base responsibilities. 5. Basic Requirements of the Job : Education : 4-year Bachelor degree on BS/BA and/or business degrees. Experience : 2+ years of total work experience in the life science or research field will be preferred or equivalent of 2+ years of sales and/or customer relationship experience. Specific Knowledge & Skills : 1. Korean native speaker 2. With knowledge of general business skills, product and competition and “technical know-how skill”, such as strategic selling skills, customer relationship skills, communication skills and proficiency with CRM tool. 3. 职位职责: 1.To actively promote Roche Applied Science products and services offered by the company to the customers (end users) as well as to solve application / product problems promptly and completely and assist Business Area to achieve overall its monthly and yearly sales target and objectives. 2.To deliver product and system training to the customers (distributors and end-customers) and to help in new product launch. 3.To coordinate instrument installation with Service Engineer and conduct application training for end users after installation of instruments. 4.To keep good and up to date customer base and pay periodic visits to Key Accounts for delivering product information and getting user feedbacks on our products and services. 5.To work closely with Marketing and Customer Service Support team to ensure customer satisfaction. 6.To assimilate up-to-date product information a timely manner to those concerned. 7.To conduct business in full compliance to Roche’s Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.
