Reporting to: ELGA Service Manager
Description of the position:
The Service engineer will be in charge of South China services for China business, for sale support as well as for installation, commissioning and maintenance.
Main responsibilities:
- Sale support
Provide technical information to PureLab team and distributors Promote sale of consumables and service agreements with distributors.
- After-sale support
Manage all installation, commissioning and training services at customer facilities (with support of local distributor)
Provide maintenance support on site or via ‘hot line’ to distributors and end-users
Translate service manuals and service bulletins into Chinese.
Liaise with ELGA Lab Water Platform in UK product feed back and technical issues.
