- Description
- Human prostate cacner tissues and their corresponding normal prostate tissues (at least 5 cm away from the tumor) were obtained from the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital Sun Yat-sen University. The Ethics Committees of the Sun Yat-sen University's Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital approved the use of human specimens in this study. The patients or their guardians provided informed consent, and prior therapy was not administered to any individual.
- Protocol
- The TRIzol method was used for the RNA extraction from the prostate cancer tissues. Novogene (Beijing, China) was used to construct the cDNA library. An Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform (Illumina, Novogene) was used for RNA-seq. RNA-seq data were analyzed using the R package (DESeq).
