iMART is an integrated metabolomics analysis and reproducible, traceable platform designed to systematically analyze metabolomics data. Current functions include LC/MS' quantitative and qualitative analysis , data clean, statistical analysis and functional analysis of two-dimensional table data. Q uantitative analysis and Annotation converts different MS data (.mzXML,.wiff, .d ,et.al) into two-dimensional table data and metabolic annotation. Data clean including Background Removal(Blank and Dilution Sample), Missing Value Processing, Normalization, Filtered by RSD, Data Integration, and Outliers Removal. When getting "clean data", Statistical analysis was used to find different metabolites or features. Finally discover biological information through functional analysis
