- Description
- The association analysis extended across a large LD segment that encompasses genes including MTMR3, HORMAD2, LIF and OSM (chr22:30079157-30773062, hg19). We centered our study on the variants that lie within and 200 kb to either upstream as well as downstream of the MTMR3 and HORMAD2, yielding a ~700 kb region of interest. Genotyping was conducted using the Human 610-Quad (1,171 cases and 891 controls), OmniZhongHua-8 chip (479 cases and 3,672 controls), and Global Screening Array (1,112 cases and 1,240 controls) (Illumina).
