- Description
- Mice with conditional (floxed) alleles of KDM6A were generated by the company (Shanghai Model Organisms Center, Inc.). Genotypes of interest in this study were KDM6Aflox/Y Alb-Cre+; KDM6A flox/YAlb-Cre-. We only subjected HCC tumor tissue to RNA-seq.
- Protocol
- For diethylnitrosamine (DEN)-CCL4 mouse model establishment, male mice (Kdm6a flox/Y) were administered a single injection (i.p.) of 25 mg/kg DEN at 14 d of age. Thereafter , mice were administered 100 µl CCl4 (25%) i.p. one time per week for up to 12 weeks,17 starting at 8 weeks of age. Mice were then sacrificed, and livers and sera were collected for subsequent analysis.We subjected HCC tumor tissue to RNA-seq.
