- Description
- It has long been recognized that the early regenerating liver accumulates lipids transiently, which functionally supports liver regeneration after 70% partial hepatectomy. To explore the lipids changing and how lipids affect liver regeneration, we characterized the transient steatosis via the lipidomic analysis of liver tissues collected before and 24 h after surgery in normal chow diet and high-fat diet-fed mice.
