Epigenetic regulation of human-specific gene expression in prefrontal cortex
Description
We collected a cohort of three humans, three chimpanzees and three macaques from PFC neurons measured by strand-specific RNA-seq technique, aiming to explore the proportion of human-specific expressed genes regulated by human-specific histone peaks, as well as to explore whether histone-modifying enzymes were contributed to epigenetic disturbance among primates.
