Protein-based Organ Aging clocks (POA) systematically fuses organ-specific functional indices with high-dimensional blood proteomic profiles to estimate organ aging. Our key innovation lies in algorithmically deconstructing organ-specific aging signals within blood proteomics, enabling the development of predictive models directly linked to organ functional decline. This approach makes the previously "invisible" process of organ aging both measurable and actionable.
