Ecology
Source
isolated from the caecal content of a 17-week-old female heterozygous TNF ΔARE C57BL/6 mouse.
Morphology
Cells are straight fusiform rods (0.5 × 2-5 µm) that may be elongated and curved after 7 days of growth at 45°C. After 48 h of growth on reduced WCA agar, colonies are pinpoint to 1 mm in diameter, circular, entire, opaque, white, shiny and convex.
