- Liver tissues from wild-type animals and animals with liver MRG15 depletion were collected for analysis at both ZT10 [where ZT is Zeitgeber time (light on at ZT0 and off at ZT12)], the light period when mice are inactive and less fed; and ZT22, the dark period when mice are active and feeding
- Protocol
- For the ChIP-seq analysis, chromatin was prepared from 3 biological replicates of animals in each group, and ChIP-seq assays were performed by Active Motif Inc. using an antibody against RNA Pol II (Active Motif, 39097). The 75-nt sequence reads were generated by Illumina sequencing (using NextSeq 500).
