- Description
- The Tat-dependent (clade I) and Sec-dependent (clade II) clades were heterologously expressed in Shewanella piezotolerans WP3NR strain by conjugal transfer using E. coli WM3064 strain. Three transconjugants (WP3NR-pSW2-Tat, WP3NR-pSW2-Sec and WP3NR-pSW2) were cultured in the defined LMO-812 minimal medium at 0.1, 20 and 40 MPa to determine N2O reduction activity. After the incubation, total RNA was extracted with common TRIzol method, and RNA samples in triplicate were subjected to quality control and sequencing on Illumina platform at Shanghai Personal Biotechnology (Shanghai, China).
