ProtocolThe compounds of POM were extracted by acetonitrile:methanol:water (2:2:1v/v/v, −20°C) solution. Filter samples were homogenized using the FastPrep-24 Homogenizer (MP Biomedicals), followed by incubation at −20°C for 2h. After centrifugation, the supernatant was filtered through a hydrophilic polyvinylidene fluoride membrane filter (13mm, 0.2μm, JINTENG, Tianjin, China).
