Welcome to Pan-mQTL

Based a recently performed large-scale mQTL study from East Asian ancestry (EAS) participants, we present Pan-mQTL, a user-friendly pan-ethnic database for mQTLs in natural populations integrating our mQTLs in East Asians with published mQTLs from Europeans and South Asians, mQTLs from the Framingham Heart Study (FHS, a predominantly European population) and the GoDMC database (an integrated mQTL database across many European cohorts). Pan-mQTL will continually expand mQTL datasets, integrate functional annotations and curate knowledge to support population and health-related research worldwide.
