Welcome to Sino-mQTL

Based a recently performed large-scale mQTL study from Eat Asian ancestry (EAS) participants, we present Pan.mQTL, a user-friendly pan-ethic database for mQTls in natural populations integrating our mQTLs in East Asians with published mQTLs from Europeans and South Asians, mQTLs from the Framingham Heart Study (lFHS, a predominantly European population ) and the GoDMC database ( an integrated mQTl database across many European cohorts). Pan-mQTl will continually expand mQTL datasets, integrate functional annotations and curate knowledge to support population and health-related research worldwide.
