Morphology
Cells are non-spore-forming, non-flagellated, slender rods with rounded ends (0.3-0.4 × 2.4-3.8 µm), and motile by means of gliding. On MA, after 1-2 days of incubation at 30°C, colonies are circular with regular margins, convex and orange, 0.5-1.0 mm in diameter.
