- Total RNA was isolated and sequenced from the olfactory bulbs of the E16.5 no cre littermate control or Dlx56-CIE Sp8 FloxFlox Sp9 FloxFlox mice in duplicate using an illumina high-seq 2500.
- Protocol
- The LGE (including VZ, SVZ and MZ) from E16.5 Sp8/9-DCKO mice and littermate controls (Sp8/9 floxed mice without Dlx5/6-CIE) were dissected (n=3 mice per group). RNA quality was assessed using a bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies). RNA-Seq libraries were prepared according to the Illumina TruSeq protocol.
