    Total RNA was extracted from cells by Trizol reagent (Invitrogen) and then the RNA quality was assessed by Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent). The RNA with RIN (RNA integrity number) > 7.0 was used for cDNA library construction. mRNA-Seq library was prepared using Stranded mRNA-seq Library Prep Kit (Vazyme) following the manufacturer’s manual. Prepared libraries with different sequence indexes were pooled at equal molar and sequenced on Illumina X-ten using standard protocol.
