Morphology
Cells are non-motile (non-gliding and non-flagellated), non-spore-forming rods (0.3-0.6 × 0.8-5.0 µm). Cells longer than 10.0 µm occasionally occur. Colonies on MA are circular, slightly convex, smooth, glistening, yellowish brown and 1.0-1.5 mm in diameter after incubation for 3 days at 25°C.
