SMILES
Structure-to-Sequence (Struc2Seq) is a computing process based on RDKit and the characteristics of cyclic peptide sequences, which can convert cyclic peptide SMILES into sequence information. This process mainly relies on the completeness of the monomer reference library. You can access our default monomer reference library through the download link. The details of Struc2Seq are available at dfwlab/cyclicpepedia on GitHub.
The monomer reference library contains over 500 amino acid structural units, including 20 essential amino acids and a large number of non essential amino acid units. Most of the monomer structural information comes from the Norine database, while the rest is manually supplemented by CylicPepdiea.
