Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has spread around the world from December 2019, and it is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). More than 1.7 million people have been reported to be infected by the coronavirus globally. Research community can retrieve a lot of epidemiological information and genome data from kinds of sources, such as GISAID database, Wikipedia, Twitter, news reports, research articles. However, there are limited genomic-epidemiological matched data.

KGCoV(Knowledge Graph of SARS-CoV-2) structures and matches COVID-19 epidemiological information and SARS-CoV-2 genomic data with combined curation methods, and integrates variation information generated by bioinformatic tools. Genomic-epidemiological linked information can be visualized by (1)Variation with epidemiological cases, (2) Regional genomic epidemiological characteristics and (3) Genomic and clinical relation. KGCoV is also a comprehensive data resources with SARS-CoV-2 genome, COVID-19 related epidemiology, clinical symptoms, travel history, contact history, literature and other data.
