Data sources
Most SARS-CoV-2 genome sequences and accompanied sample information come from GISAID. Genomic data comes from bioinformation analysis and related research articles. Epidemiological information comes from COVID-19 related webpages and articles. From KGCoV, you can get:
- (1) Genome information that matched to manual curated case reports, known as Genome Case.
- (2) COVID-19 transmission events that found through manual curation, known as Featured graph.
- (3) COVID-19 related genomic information.
- (4) COVID-19 related case reports.
- (5) Genomic variation information calculated by bioinformatics methods.
