A sample will consist of 30 participants with inflammatory bowel disease, who will be randomly allocated into two groups, carried out by computer program, the experimental group, participants 15, and the placebo group, participants 15; the inspired training carried out in the participants' homes, while the tests, in person, at the facilities of the Experimental and Applied Exercise Physiology Laboratory, located at the Biomedical Institute and the Antio Pedro University Hospital. And the collection of participants, at the gastroenterology outpatient clinic, also at the Hospital Universitio Antio Pedro, both located in the city of Niteri. On the first visit, at the Antion Pedro University Hospital, a participant selection visit lasting up to two hours in total, which will take place on the same day as the medical consultation. Anthropometric assessment will be carried out and questionnaires will be applied to assess quality of life and assess fatigue. The spirometry test will be carried out as an exclusion classification and then the maximum inspiratory pressure will be assessed. After explaining the entire study protocol, all those who agreed to participate in the study agreed to the terms of free and informed consent. On the second visit to the Experimental and Applied Exercise Physiology Laboratory, lasting a maximum of two hours, autonomic tests, assessment of endothelial function and the 6-minute walk test and blood collection will be carried out. In addition, familiarization with the protocol and clarification of doubts will take place.
