Conditions Intestinal disease of newborn
Interventions Gold Standard:Various neonatal intestinal diseases: The diagnosis is based on clinical symptoms, signs, and auxiliary examinations. Auxiliary examinations include abdominal plain film, abdominal ultrasound, inflammatory infection indicators (white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, CRP, PCT, platelet count), etc. Including but not limited to: Neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis: typical clinical features, namely abdominal distension, bile vomitus or gastric drainage, and blood in the stool (positive stool hemoglobin or macroscopic blood in the stool without anal fissure), and abdominal imaging examinations found gas accumulation in the intestinal wall (intestinal wall gas), pneumoperitoneum or sentinel loops. Food protein-induced allergic proctocolitis: bloody stools appear in healthy infants, which are relieved after the removal of presumed food antigens. Other neonatal intestinal diseases;Index test:Intelligent diagnosis system for neonatal intestinal diseases based on bowel sounds: Abdominal auscultation signals are obtained with the digital stethoscope to continuously, accurately and objectively monitor intestinal sound signals; Using the algorithm of de-noising and extraction of intestinal sounds, the regularity of intestinal sounds in healthy and sick people was found to build a database of neonatal intestinal sounds. In the database of neonatal intestinal sounds, the method of machine learning is used to predict and monitor the occurrence, development and prognosis of neonatal intestinal diseases. Continuously optimize the system through external validation of clinical multi-center; Finally, intestinal disease monitoring equipment was developed and applied to clinical diagnosis and treatment.;
