Behavioral, Others(Walking exercise program using an application) : - This study aims to confirm the effectiveness of delivering educational content related to walking using the currently operating walking exercise platform (WalkOn). - Before the intervention begins, subjects will be provided with a wearable device (Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Active) and a smart scale (Atpley TX Smart Double Smart Body Scale) that can be linked to the application. A. Experimental group Before starting the program, the subject's general and disease-related characteristics, height, weight, BMI, skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, perceived stress, anxiety, fatigue, and health-related quality of life are measured, and disease activity is confirmed through medical records. - Install the application WalkON and use the application for 10 weeks (70 days). - Provide weekly online educational materials (videos) and encourage participants to participate in programs that include challenge participation and rewards. 1) Week 1: Introduction to walking program, walk-on installation, wearable device linkage, etc. 2) Week 2: Importance of exercise for IBD patients (importance of walking exercise) 3) Week 3: Importance of exercise for IBD patients 2 (Obesity, IBD, effects of exercise) 4) Week 4: Walking method for IBD patients (posture, time, intensity of exercise, stretching) 5) Week 5: Challenge achievement evaluation 6) Week 6: Precautions when exercising for IBD patients 7) Week 7: Indoor exercise method for IBD patients 8) Week 8: Exercise method 2 for IBD patients (remission phase exercise) 9) Week 9: Exercise method 3 for IBD patients (active phase exercise) 10) Week 10: Program completion, 10th week challenge achievement evaluation - Measure body weight every Saturday and re |
