| Interventions | Intervention1: High protein anti-inflammatory diet (HP AID) along with resistance plus endurance exercises: High protein diet providing 1.2 gm/kg of protein along with anti inflammatory diet in which certain carbohydrates like lactose, wheat, refined sugar and corn are avoided consisting of. A home-based resistance + endurance exercise of approximately 305 min per day will be recommended to all patients. It will include 50 min of resistance training, 5 min of balance exercise and 150 min of brisk walking. This will be continued for 6 months Control Intervention1: Standard therapy: Patient on advanced therapy (biologicals / tofacitinib) and / or requiring surgery |
