Group 1: The intervention group will play the Tablet-IBD-Quiz before each clinic visit during the study phase. At the start of the study, in a first appointment the initial situation is recorded with validated questionnaires on IBD knowledge and quality of life. There are another 3 appointments with gameplay in the intervention period. At the additional last appointment after at least 6 months, the final situation is recorded using validated questionnaires on IBD knowledge, quality of life and satisfaction with the game. Group 2: During the study phase, the control group will not play any quizzes or games before the regular appointments, and will only participate in the standard treatment. The situation will be recorded with validated questionnaires on IBD knowledge and quality of life at the start and the end of the study. Group 3: In the sub-project CED-KARLOTTA 2.0 knowledge (Kids + Adolescents Research Learning On Tablet Teaching Aachen in children and adolescents with chronic inflammatory bowel diseases) the catalog of questions alone is to be processed by a group of children and adolescents with IBD in order to determine the difficulty of the questions. |
