Behavioral, Others(Education) : The experimental group was provided with an education program consisting of 4 sessions. The time for each session consisted of 80 minutes, and each session was organized in the order of introduction, education, and wrap up. In the introductory stage of the first session, at the beginning of the education, the subjects were introduced to each other for about 30 minutes at the beginning of the education, to talk about their illness experiences, thoughts about pregnancy, and preparations related to pregnancy in order to enable dynamic small group activities. Before the start of the 3rd session of the 2nd week, the participants were allowed to freely talk about the changes since the last education for 30 minutes, thereby inducing emotional awakening through the experiences of others and raising expectations for future education. In the introductory stage before training, OX quizzes were conducted on the topics to be covered in each session, leading to lectures naturally. Lectures were provided through audio-visual materials according to the theme of each session. Session 1, under the theme of 'Take care of my body for healthy pregnancy and childbirth', covered reproductive health commonly experienced by women with IBD, fertility and pregnancy outcomes in women with IBD, and maintenance of remission for women with IBD. IBD management methods were introduced. After the lecture, guidance and encouragement was given on how to write a reproductive health management diary. Session 2, with the theme of 'Smart Preparation for a Healthy Pregnancy', introduced IBD medications that can be taken before pregnancy, taking high doses of folic acid, pre-pregnancy counseling, weight management, and vaccinations to prepare women for pregnancy.
