Interventions Intervention1: Oral Bromelain: 500 mg BD x 5 days ( 30 mins before food) Bromelain is a group of enzymes found in pineapple juice and in the pineapple stem. Bromelain seems to cause the body to produce substances that fight pain and swelling (inflammation). Intervention2: Oral Trypsin-Chymotrypsin: BD x 5 days ( 30 mins before food) Chymotrypsin is an enzyme. An enzyme is a substance that speeds up certain chemical reactions in the body. Use of chymotrypsin for redness and swelling associated with pockets of infection (abscesses), ulcers, surgery, or critical illness (trauma), as well as many other conditions Intervention3: Oral Serratiopeptidase: 10 mg BD x 5 days ( 30 mins before food) Serratiopeptidase is a chemical taken from the silkworm.It is used for conditions that involve pain and swelling (inflammation) including sinusitis, laryngitis, sore throat, ear infections, swelling after surgery, swelling of a vein with the formation of a blood clot (thrombophlebitis), and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) including ulcerative colitis and Crohns disease. Control Intervention1: Placebo (Multi vitamin): BD Vitamin tablets as a placebo agent to compare with other study groups.
