Conditions Health Condition 1: K50- Crohns disease [regional enteritis]__Health Condition 2: K51- Ulcerative colitis__
Interventions Intervention1: Fecal Microbiota Transplantation: A freshly collected sample will be inspected visually and formed stools (Bristol stool scale, 3 and 4) with no obvious blood or mucous will be accepted. This sample will be diluted with preservative free normal saline and homogenized using a blender (Stomacher 400 circulator; Seward Ltd, Worthing, UK) till it reaches a liquid consistency. Universal precautions will be observed and separate disposable bags will be used for each patient. The particulate matter will be filtered out, the stool slurry filled in four 50 mL syringes and infused via a colonoscope in terminal ileum and cecum within 6 hours of collection of stool and 1 hour of preparation of the slurry. Control Intervention1: Placebo: Sham Colonoscopy
