Group 1: Patients with Crohn's disease Phase 1: Case-Control Measurement of PoP concentrations in plasma, platelets and stools at point of diagnosis. Phase 2: Longitudinale Phase Measurement of PoP in plasma, platelets and stools after the beginning of an individual therapy and in remission. Observation is planned for 6 - 12 month (depending on individual course of disease) Group 2: Patients with Ulcerative colitis Phase 1: Case-Control Measurement of PoP concentrations in plasma, platelets and stools at point of diagnosis. Phase 2: Longitudinale Phase Measurement of PoP in plasma, platelets and stools after the beginning of an individual therapy and in remission. Observation is planned for 6 - 12 month (depending on individual course of disease) Group 3: Patients with bacterial intestianal infection Phase 1: Case-Control Measurement of PoP concentrations in plasma, platelets and stools at point of diagnosis.
