| Interventions | Intervention1: Dietary Advice.: In malnourished patients as diagnosed by ESPEN criteria in our study, dietary intervention will be suggested. Dietary intervention in form of increase in dietary intake of calories and protein; protein supplementation if dietary protein not adequate. Intervention2: Dietary intervention: In those who are malnourished/ undernourished (diagnosed as per ESPEN definition), dietary intervention will be suggested. Dietary intervention in form of increase in dietary intake of calories and protein; protein supplementation if dietary protein not adequate. Their nutrition status, BMI, MIRT score will be assessed at 1,3,6 months follow up. |
