Interventions The proposed study is a cohort of the followed up patients in a referral service for this disease at the main health units.The patients will be included in the study at the moment of being attended at the outpatient clinics at the participating units of the study. The period of inclusion of initial analysis will be of 12 months, registering at this period will be new and older patients, but a network that mayform from the initial study might intend to give continuity to the patients evaluative assessment.
