Interventions Drug : Both medicine already come into the market for bowel preparation before colnoscopic examination - Group 1 : OST (Oral Sulfate Tablet :ORA.FANG tablet) i) At 8pm one day before the exam, take 14 tablets of medicament with 425 mL of water and take another 850 mL of water for 1 hour. ii) drink in the same way again at early in the morning on the day of exam - Group 2 - 2L PEG/Asc (Haprep powder) i) At 8pm one day before the exam, 1 L of the preparation is taken for 1 hour and an additional 0.5 L of water is taken. ii) drink in the same way again at early in the morning on the day of exam Differences between Group 1 and Group 2 groups: Both groups take the same medication in the evening of the test, in the morning of the test, in divided doses, but Group 1 is in tablet form and Group 2 is liquid in water. There are differences in taste and aroma depending on the type of medicine, the dose and water dose, and the medication.
