Interventions The intervention group of 113 participants will receive presencias nursing care already in use in the unit, together with telenursing to be held biweekly with non-invasive behavior guidance , standardized and evaluation of the intestinal inflammatory activity by the Simple Clinical Colitis Activity Index and the Harvey Bradshaw Index to the 24 weeks long.
