KGCoV:Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is KGCoV?
KGCoV is a knowledge graph of COVID-19 that integrates epidemiological data and virus genomic data to find the evolution trends of reconstruct infection paths of COVID-19.
2. How often is KGCoV updated?
Except that the literature is updated once a month, all other KGCoV data is updated once a week.
3. How to modify the error in KGCoV?
Please send us an email to tell us the problem you found. If possible, please include references for the corrected information.
4. What is the difference between the three types of knowledge graph?
Three types of knowledge graph are provided:
Type 1: Variation with epidemiological cases, mainly shows the genomic variation and its epidemiological information.
Type 2: Regional genomic epidemiological characteristics, mainly shows the genome and its epidemiological information within a region.
Type 3: Genomic and clinical relation, mainly shows the genomic variations and patient's clinical symptoms.
5. How to download the data from KGCoV?
The knowledge graph can be download in JSON format. “Genomic information” and “Epidemiological case” can be download in XLS format. See User Guide for details. If you want to get the all data, please click Here
6. Why isn’t the website of data source accessible?
As we know, most websites are accessible.
If the webpage isn’t not assessible, please try a few more time. Some areas may not be able to open the webpage due to network barriers. If it is confirmed that the problem is the URL, please feel free to contact us.
7. What’s the meaning of percentile/rank/count?
Percentile: Reported cases/Tested samples of each country are ranked by report date/collection date as a percentage of total reported cases/tested samples in the country
Rank: Ranking of cases reported/samples tested in each country by report date/collection date.
Count: Total cases reported/samples tested in each country.
