| Abstract: | Two patients who presented with steatohepatitis had acquired partial lipodystrophy. This association has not previously been well documented. A common pathophysiological mechanism in lipodystrophy, obesity-associated nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, and alcoholic liver disease is possible. |
