32 overweight and abdominal adiposity individuals with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease will be divided into two groups: omega-3 group, containing 16 individuals, who will receive 3 omega-3 capsules (each capsule weighs 1 gram and contains 0.7 g of omega

It is expect to find decreased protein content of immunoblotted TNF-alpha and IL-6 in mononuclear cells and neutrophils in the omega-3 supplemented group compared to the placebo group.No Secondary Outcomes Expected
