Interventions: Intervention 1: "Intervention group:" The prescribing of the food capsule containing the fruit juice of Carum Copticum , on the basis of 4 grams of fruit , 3 times a day for eight consecutive weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: placebo plus routine care
