Representative S variants
This part provides the representative S variants for each month since February 2020. Each month, three unique S variants are automatically derived as representatives with top dominance in community. Note that, if the top one has already been picked in previous months, the next will be chosen until three are obtained.
1) The information of monthly representative S variants.
The information of mutations, the Meta information of firstly reported
trains for each representative S variant were provided.
2) Statistics of cumulative strains for representative S variants.
The numbers of cumulative strains for representative S variants of the latest three months were displayed.
3) Statistics of monthly circulating strains for representative S variants.
The numbers of monthly circulating strains for representative S variants of the latest three months were displayed.
